As for the price point, I suggest you increase the price as you get more clients or as you value your time more. In my own case, I value my time at $300/h, but I consult for $150. There is a reason for that: many of my clients end up becoming clients of my Real Estate company, so there is an extra reason to consult at less than what I value my time at.
In your own case, I suggest you realistically set the price of your time (don't just throw a number out there) and offer consulting services based on that price.
Now that you have your price, set up a page where people can order blocks of your time. My suggestion is to add a PayPal (or another payment processor) to that page, so that people only block your time if they pay you. I am not interested in consulting anymore, so I don't have this page; An example of a page like this would be timeanddate.com.
