This text is a thorough and exciting exploration of lucid dreaming theory and practice within both Western and Tibetan Buddhist contexts. It not only explores lucid dreaming practices, but also the innovative new techniques of mindfulness of dream and sleep
Manifestation success requires something more intense and powerful than simply repeating affirmations. You need to acquire the mindset of a true, successful manifestor. By the end of the book, you’ll have learned how manifestation works and why it hasn’t been working for you.
This book approaches lucid dreaming from a more cognitive psychology stance, and focuses more on how to lucid dream and how to use lucid dream techniques for personal growth, insight and transformation. Whether a reader is completely new to lucid dreaming or someone who has experienced that incredible moment of realizing.
If you are ready to take action and change your life for the better, this book will definitely guide you in the right direction!

Most people do not realize this but we actually have multiple dreams each night, we just do not remember all of them. At first, our dreams are very short and only last for a minute or so which is why it’s difficult to remember what we dreamt about. Next, once we’ve been asleep for at least an hour and a half, the second dream will be slightly longer than the first dream. The next two dreams that you have will occur after you’ve been asleep for about six hours. Once you’ve been asleep for this significant amount of time, your dreams will be much longer and you will dream anywhere from 45 minutes to a full hour. This is what makes it so important for us to get anywhere from six to eight hours of sleep each night so that we can reach the point of REM sleep and stay in this phase for a significant amount of time. When we are in the phase of REM sleep, this is when we process memories, process information and it’s also a therapeutic time as one significant area of REM sleep allows us to deal with any emotional trauma that we may be faced with. While some dreams can be frightening and we want to try and understand why we dream what we do, dreaming is an important part of recovery for our brains.
