¼ Cup Red wine vinegar
¼ Cup Tomato paste, organic
2 Tablespoons Brown mustard, spicy

6 Chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
¼ Cup Erythritol
¼ Cup Chicken broth

Directions
Combine all ingredients except chicken and butter in a bowl.
Put chicken into slow cooker and pour sauce all over chicken.
Set slow cooker on high and cook for 2 hours.
Add butter to chicken and set to low, cook for 7 hours. Use forks to shred meat.
