4 Cups Chicken broth

½ Head Cauliflower

1 Tablespoon Coconut flour

½ Teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Combine all spices except flour and gum; slice onions.

Heat oil in a skillet and cook onion until softened then add cream, spices and butter.

Transfer mixture to slow cooker; add broth and coconut milk, stir together and add cauliflower and shrimp.

Set cooker on low and cook for 2 hours then combine gum and flour and add to slow cooker along with spinach. Cook for an additional 15 minutes.
