Ingredients:
2-3 pounds pork spareribs
3 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons low sugar orange marmalade
3 tablespoons ketchup
3 cups bok choy, chopped
1 cup chicken or vegetable stock
Directions:
Set up and prepare your slow cooker.
Place the spareribs in the slow cooker along with the garlic.
Add the chicken or vegetable stock.
About half an hour before you are ready to eat, open the lid and stir in the bok choy. Serve when the greens are wilted and the meat is tender.
