½ tbsp. coconut oil
3 pork chops
½ stick butter, sliced into cubes
½ packet ranch mix
½ cup chicken stock
Instructions
Pour the coconut oil into the Instant Pot.
Press the sauté function to heat the oil.
Place the pork chops inside the pot.
Cook until brown on both sides.
Put the butter cubes on top of the pork chops.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning on top of the pork chops.
Pour the chicken stock into the pot.
Cover the pot.
Press the manual button.
Set the timer to 5 minutes.
Cook on high.
Let the pressure release naturally.
Drizzle the sauce over the pork chops before serving.
