2 garlic cloves

1 shallot

Directions:

 

To begin this recipe, you can turn on the oven and let it heat up to 450 degrees. While the oven is heating up, take out a baking tray and line it with some parchment paper before setting aside.

 

Bring out a bowl and toss the cauliflower with some pepper, salt, garlic powder, and olive oil together. Lay this cauliflower out on the prepared baking tray and then place into the oven. Let it roast for about 20 minutes or until it becomes pierced with a fork and is lightly browned.
