DIRECTIONS:
Let the oven heat t 400° F. Take a large bowl and whisk all egg yolks with salt and pepper. Add chives as well in the eggs. Now use an electric mixture to beat the egg whites on a medium speed and mix with the blend of yolk.
Take a large nonstick pan and let the butter melt over it on a medium heat. Coat all the sides of the pan and wait for a few seconds. Add the mixture of eggs on the top of the pan and bake the eggs for almost 10 minutes to get a golden color. Cut the egg into bars and garnish the soufflé with green salad and tomatoes. Sprinkle olive oil and serve with lemon.
