Ingredients:
4 oz tilapia fillets
¼ cup soysauce
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sesame oil, toasted
¼ cup green onions
1 lb green beans
Directions:
Put tilapia fillets in a baking dish. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil. Pour over the mixture to the tilapia. Toss to coat. Marinade for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, drain the fish. Add an additional 1 cup to the marinade and set aside.
In a skillet, combine water and green beans. Stir and cook for 5 minutes or until the beans are tender. Set aside.
Spray the skillet with nonstick cooking spray and put the fish. Cook for 8 minutes or until fillets begin to flake. Set aside.
Cook the marinade sauce over medium heat and drizzle over the fish. Sprinkle green onions and serve fish with green beans.
