Ingredients:
1 lb flank steak
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
½ teaspoon chili powder
1/ 2teaspoon paprika
1 plain fatfree yogurt
1 teaspoon buffalo wing sauce
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon buttermilk
¼ cup blue cheese, crumbled
1 stalk celery
1 carrot
6 cups salad greens
Directions:
To make the rub, mix garlic powder, cayenne pepper, sugar, salt, pepper, chili powder, and paprika. Rub mixture over the meat. Marinade for 10 minutes.
For the dressing, combine yogurt, buffalo wing sauce, Worcestershire sauce, buttermilk, and cheese. Chill for 1 hour or until ready to serve. Cut celery and carrots. Set aside.
Meanwhile, preheat the grill and cook the meat for 20 minutes.
Put greens among individual plates. Top with carrots, celery, and meat slices. Serve with the dressing.
