Leaders are responsible for creating a better future starting right now. You can’t expect growth if you are doing the same things over and over again—that’s monotony and complacency. Nothing revolutionary ever came from doing the same things over and over.
Scrutinize the status quo; don’t assume it will continue to serve well. Breakthroughs come from entertaining new ideas, disrupting ingrained practices and traveling outside traditional lines.
