• Cauliflower (riced) – 265g
• Psyllium husk powder – 1 tbsp
• Garlic powder – ½ tsp
• Onion powder – ½ tsp
• Sugar-free ketchup – 2 tbsp
• Dijon mustard – 1 tbsp
• Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
• Eggs – 3
• Cheddar cheese – 4 oz (divided)
• Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions:
• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Rice cauliflower in a food processor and add all dry ingredients. Mix more to combine. Set aside.
