Ingredients:

1 pound of bacon (not maple, check label for carb info)

 

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 400F. 

Put your slices of bacon into one even layer on a baking sheet. The cook time is the same for 1 slice or dozen, so make a sizable batch to get the most out of your time.
Place tray in the oven, cook 15 minutes for chewy bacon and up to 20 for crisp bacon.
Allow bacon to cool and continue to crisp on pan before serving or storing.
