1 lb ground turkey
2 cups cauliflower rice
2 tbsp coconut oil
½ minced onion
2 minced garlic cloves
2 cups coconut milk(full-fat)
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp thyme, garlic, and pepper powder

Preparation:
Sauté onion and garlic in some oil and cook till brown.
Add turkey and cook till done.
Add the cauliflower rice, spice mix, and coconut milk.
Cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Serve.

2 tbsp tomato paste and coconut aminos
¼ cup butter
½ cup bone broth
Preparation:
Mix the spices and rub on the beef loaves.
Combine molten butter, tomato paste, bone broth, and coconut aminos into a paste.
Pour it over the beef and cook for 10-12 hours to make a thick sauce. Serve.
