• 26 oz Green Cabbage
• 2 Tsp Dried Thyme
• 1 Tsp Onion Powder
• 5.3 oz Butter
• 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
• 5.3 oz Blue Cheese
• 1 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
• 1 Tsp Salt
• ¼ Tsp Ground Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Shred Cabbage into finely pieces. Fry and soften them in a medium-high heated pan with around 2.6 oz butter
Stir-fry with Thyme, Onion Powder and Vinegar for 3-4 minutes, and then reserve them.
Grease the same pan with 2.6 oz Butter. Add Beef and fry until most of the juice evaporates.
Turn the heat to low. Add Cheese and stir until all cheese is melted.
Add Cream and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add Cabbage, Salt and Pepper and stir until everything mix well.
Serve and enjoy!
