I told you I would make everything simple. Usually the metabolic changing effects happen in 1-3 days that is when you start to get into fat burning mode and increase lipolysis, and throughout the first two weeks you get to see how your body functions on a reduced level of carbohydrates, or if you just need a little carbs to here and there. If you feel great on the carb level you’re at after two weeks and the weight loss is steady then you can do another 2 weeks at that carb level. Go right ahead and experiment a bit by bumping up your carbohydrates to 100 grams, if you notice bloating and fatigue, or your weight loss stalled, then reduce your carb level by 50 grams. If you’re really tired and irritable, you can bump up your carbs by 30 grams to see if this helps with any ill feelings, if it works go right back to reducing your carbs. Take note as to what time of day in your journal and what you ate, say a banana perhaps, or ice cream, so then you can have this as an emergency while your transitioning to a fat burner.
