4 large eggs
1 cup full-fat cream cheese
3 oz Parmesan cheese
½teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
4 garlic cloves
½cup cream
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
Slice Parmesan cheese into the thick pieces and put it in the baking form.
Preheat the oven to 360 F and put the cheese in the oven. Cook it for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat the eggs in the mixing bowl and whisk them.
Add cream cheese and stir the mixture carefully.
Peel the garlic cloves and mince them.
Combine the minced garlic with the salt and cayenne pepper. Stir the mixture.
After this, combine the minced garlic and egg mixture together. Mix it up.
Preheat the pan and toss the butter in the preheated pan. Melt it.
After this, pour the egg mixture and cook it on the high heat for 3 minutes.
Stir it constantly with the help of the spatula.
Then remove the cheese from the oven and put the scrambled eggs on the cheese.
Pour the cream and cook the dish in the oven for 10 minutes more at the 360 F.
When you get crunchy crust – remove the pie from the oven and chill it well.
Serve the dish immediately.
