Nutritional info per serving: 6 g net carbs, 272 calories, 9.5 g fats, 34 g protein

Ingredients:

4 pork chops (boneless)
1 star anise
4 garlic cloves (halved)
1 tablespoon almond flour
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon each of five-spice and peppercorns 
1 lemongrass stalk (peeled and diced)
1/2 tablespoon each of sugar-free ketchup and Sambal chili paste 
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions:

1. Put the meat on a chopping board. Pound until the pork chops are 1/2-inch thick.

2. Process the peppercorns and star anise in a blender until the mixture turns into a fine powder. Add the lemongrass and garlic. Process until pureed. Add the sesame oil, five-spice powder, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Process until combined.

3. Put the meat in a tray. Pour the marinade on top. Flip the meat to coat the other side with the marinade. Cover the tray and leave to marinate for 2 hours. 

4. Lightly cover the marinated pork chops with almond flour. Sear in a preheated pan over high heat. Transfer to a cutting board and slice into strips.
