Emmy and her friends, with the help of a psychic named Cassiopeia, found out that Laurel was behind Lucy’s death so they decided to see her once again, but to their surprise, she was no longer at home and was said to have gone to the neighboring town of Tallulah Falls.
Emmy and the rest of the group decided to go to Tallulah Falls in hopes that they could finally put an end to the mystery of Lucy’s death.
But they realized that it’s never really that simple.
Because the truth is that the things they know just do not compare to the things that Laurel had hidden from them for so long.
