● 2 lbs. salmon, thawed
● 1/4 cup olive oil
● 2 tbsp. soy sauce
● 1-1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
● 1 lime, squeezed
● 1 tbsp. cilantro
● 1 tsp. dill
● 1/2 cayenne pepper
● 1/2 tsp. salt
● 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
1 Mix all ingredients (except salmon) in separate bowl.
2 Rub onto salmon and place salmon in middle of slow cooker.
3 Add the rest of mixture over top of salmon.
4 Cook on low for 2 hours.
