Ingredients
500g pork mince
2 cups cabbage, shredded finely
2 cup grated carrot
2 cups grated baby marrows
1 cup mushrooms
4 tbsp. coconut 0il
1/2 cup soya sauce
1 cup chicken stock
2 tsp. vinegar
5 cloves garlic, minced
4 tsp. grated ginger
4 finely sliced spring onions
½ cup toasted sesame seeds
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
Directions
Heat the coconut oil and fry the garlic, spring onions, ginger.
Add the pork mince and brown.
Add the cabbage and carrot to the pot and toss to combine. Stir in the soy sauce.
Cover and cook until the vegetables are soft, about 15 minutes.
Dish up; add chopped hard-boiled egg over each of the bowls.
Garnish with sesame seeds once you have dished up.
