Ingredients
6 pork cutlets
1/2 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. green pepper, minced
1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Heat a greasing frying pan to medium.
In a bowl pour water, lemon juice, olive oil, minced pepper and garlic. Season the salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
In a separate bowl pour grated Pecorino Romano cheese.
Dip each cutlet first in liquid dressing and then in cheese.
Cook cutlets in pan for about 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
