3 Tbsp. flaxseed, ground
1/2 cup strong black coffee, unsweetened
2 1/2 Tbsp. coconut flakes, unsweetened
1 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
Sweetener of your choice to taste
1/2 cup water (optional)
Directions
In a bowl, combine the flaxseed and the coconut flakes.
Add the melted coconut oil, then pour the hot coffee over it and mix.
If it is too thick, add a little water.
At the end, add the sweetener of your choice to taste.
