1 (11 oz.) can drained mandarin
1 (8 oz.) can drained pineapple chunks, water-packed
4 oz. softened cream cheese, fat free
4 tbsp coconut, toasted, shredded
1 (8.25 oz.) can drained sliced peaches
½ tsp vanilla
1 tsp sugar
Direction
Mix vanilla, cream cheese, sugar, and yogurt in a bowl. Mix using a mixer on high. Also mix pineapple, peaches, and oranges in another bowl. Stir in cream cheese mixture and chill covered for about 30 minutes. You may now serve and garnish with coconut.
