Not soda. Not iced tea. Not coffee. Just water. This is a biggie. Drinking enough water is so important. Eat two or more helpings of whole, unprocessed foods like fruits and veggies at EVERY MEAL. These colorful yummies will take up room in your stomach because they contain fiber, which will satisfy your hunger with fewer calories. Eating mostly high-fiber foods is the easiest way to keep your weight in check without feeling hungry or like you’re depriving yourself.
