Old Mrs. McCullen has been looking all over for her husband's missing portrait. She's just about ready to give up, when three children from the neighborhood stop by. Ethan, Lucy, and Tommy are pretty sure they can find the painting. But they don't realize they'll have to go through a time tunnel in order to do so!
Genre: JUVENILE FICTION / Imagination & PlayWhen Mrs. McCullen stepped out to go into the kitchen, the children began to ponder the situation. They started talking amongst themselves how they could go about helping their new friend and neighbor. It seemed like less than no time before she returned. Ethan was the first to speak up: “Mrs. McCullen, my friends and I are not the shabbiest when it comes to detective work. We have found missing toys and hidden books in the unlikeliest of places. We would be honored if you would entrust us to try and find your missing painting.”
