14-oz can low sodium chicken broth
4 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
About 2.5 medium onions (Chopped)
11/2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (Quartered)
About 1.5 tablespoon curry powder
Directions:
First of all, please make sure you’ve all the ingredients available. Place all ingredients in slow cooker.
Then cover and cook properly on LOW for about 8 to 10 hours, or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours.
One thing remains to be done. Now cook until chicken is properly tender but not dry.
Finally serve hot.
