Even after doing all the right things, you may still notice that your dog hasn’t consistently picked up on the habit. There could be several reasons for this:
Dietary changes - If you happened to change what you feed your dog, there could be a change in his bowel movements too. In these cases, you may notice loose stools, diarrhea and other common symptoms. If he shows no signs of improvement, make the journey to the vet.
Medical issues - There are many medical issues that can cause irregular stool release. This could be related to diabetes, neurological disorders and many other such issues. You can rule this out with regular vet checkups. If you do notice such issues, take it forward with the qualified practitioners.
