Sample text:

It may seem like the obvious answer, but when it comes to life, you must, first and foremost, live for you. Most things done in our lives are done for other people, for our families, our friends, coworkers. What we fail to realize is that we need to step back and take time for ourselves. When depression sets in, we can feel overwhelmed by everything. Take time to do things that used to make you happy, keep a journal of the things you used to love and go back and do those things again. You are not being selfish; you are simply doing for you what you have done for others time and time again. You are providing and taking care of, that is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. You will notice that taking time for you will change your surroundings as well. It is true that you are your own worst enemy, the person who will think about you the most negatively. That can’t be helped. We are naturally going to be harder on ourselves. It is time for you to turn that around and focus on the good you do, the things you have accomplished, and the people you’ve helped.
