2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 dash hot sauce
2 cups ketchup
1 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
4 tablespoons vinegar
4 pounds baby back ribs
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1) Set your oven to 400 degrees F.
2) While oven is preheating, sprinkle the ribs with salt and pepper and arrange it in a baking pan (a thin one will be good).
3) Cook in oven for 15 minutes unless it is browned.
4) When done, turn it over and bake for another 15 minutes.
5) Once it is cooked on both sides, drain the excessive fats from it.
6) Take a bowl and mix in hot sauce, pepper, salt, chili sauce, oregano, vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar in it.
7) Set the cooker on low heat and place the browned ribs in it.
8) Drizzle sauce over it and toss and turn to coat the ribs finely.
9) Let it cook (on low flame) for at least 6 or 8 hours (covered). Once the ribs are tender, serve it right away.
10) Serve and enjoy.
