Cream cheese - 1 pack of 8 oz.
Drained sauerkraut, drained - 1 jar of 16 oz.
Corned beef, cooked and shredded - 2 cups
Dressing, thousand island - 1/4 cup
Swiss cheese, shredded - 2 cups
DIRECTIONS:
At first, take up a slow cooker; add in dressing (thousand island), sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, cream cheese, and corned beef. Mix them nicely.
Cover the mixture completely, and start cooking it at high temperature for about 45 -50 minutes. Alternatively you can put it over low temperature, but then you will need to cook it for longer time. Continue to cooking till all cheese gets melted. While cooking, stir the mixture in between.
Serve the dip with all-time favorite crackers or cocktail rye.
