My goal through this book is to promote sustainability of small businesses in various sectors. This came out of observing how SA SMME's need intervention. We have seen and experienced how some start with and later fall by the wayside due to inadequate planning and lack of knowledge. I have included success nuggets from selected international mentors that have walked the road and I share from my studies and experience as well. This book highlights characteristics of a successful business and address how to go about some of the obstacles that come along in running one's business in the 21st century.

I will fail my way to success
If there are a few things needed to help you move from mediocrity to high level, then one of these is definiteness of purpose. Purpose answers the question “why are you here?” People who do not know their purpose only exist until they discover their purpose. Truth be told, you were destined to win in life but you have to allow your inner spirit to soar in order to win.
You see, your inner man which is who you really are at the core, doesn’t care about your past or the economy or your skin colour or your education or even your geographical background. Your mind is the one that’s trying to hold you back, reminding you of your past failures and how many times you tried something and it did not work. Your brain is designed to keep you safe but the human spirit is made to soar. Your human spirit does not need an elevator but knows that you have to go up the stairs.
I would like to talk to the real you and remind you that it is you on the inside of you that will make a difference, firstly in your life and in the world. Through this book I would like to reach out to the unseen you, the hidden man in you.
