You may have read one or several books on how to analyze people which cover all the important topics such as human psychology, human behavior, body language and unintentional choice of words. But let's face it. Putting all that theoretical knowledge into action during a vivid conversation is almost impossible.
Learn what your body says about you and how your nonverbal language can lead to success (or failure) in business. Communication builds relationships, and the most important communication skill is using body language to convey confidence, authority, openness and other positive messages.
Whether you’re interested in becoming more skilled in female body language in order to learn whether she’s interested in you, bored by you, giving you a signal that she’d like to become more intimate, respects, admires or is repelled by you, this book will offer tips on how to know more and use it to your advantage.

People can also interpret your feelings and emotions through your body postures. Scientific studies reveal that body postures are more accurately read when an emotion is compared to a neutral or different emotion. For instance, when you're unhappy, you might express dominance over others, and likewise your posture would depict impulsivity tendencies. On the other hand, when compared to someone feeling fearful, that person would feel submissive, weak and their posture would show avoidance tendencies.
It is important to know that your posture and the way you stand or sit can say a lot about your emotions. For example, when leaning forward while sitting in a chair and continuously nodding during a conversation, it is showing that you are interested in what is being said and have an open mind. Whereas if you keep both your arms and legs crossed as you silently kick your foot up and down? People observing you may conclude that you are feeling uninterested in what is being discussed or you are impatient and might be late for an appointment.
