Conversely, if weight is equally distributed on both legs it indicates that you are comfortable about what you are saying and you are taking a firm stance with regard to your statements. Never forget the importance of feet when you want to convey honesty and when you are looking for deceit in another. It is important to convey openness with body language, with a firm stance, and little movement when it comes to the feet. Finally, when someone makes a positive statement but shakes their head no that is a “tell” that someone is lying.
