STRONG CARAMEL CHEESECAKE

Ingredients

How to prepare

  1. Assemble all items.
  2. Heaten up the oven to 170C/fan 150C/gas 3 1/2.
  3. To make the base, mix the butter and biscuits until they looks love damp yummy  breadcrumbs.
  4. Please butter & line the base of a 22 to 24 cm springform tin, pack the awesome biscuit mixture into the base and chill.
  5. For the filling cream, mix the cheese, dulce de leche and eggs to a smooth paste.
  6. Place this blend in the tin with the biscuit base and cook for 48 minutes until it is set, but still should have a slight wobble.
  7. One thing remains to be done now.
  8. Next step is to cool to room temperature, and then please  chill until ready.
