Ingredients:
Gluten free flour, 300g
Pumpkin, small, 1
Baking powder, 2 tsp
Oil, 2 tbsp
Italian seasoning, 1 tsp
Water, 50 ml
Oil
Instructions:
Prepare oven at 400F.
Put pumpkin onto baking sheet and bake for about an hour or until its soft.
Set aside and let it stand for half an hour before you remove the seeds, peel and chop.
Take a bowl; add all remaining ingredients and mash pumpkin with it.
Put mixture onto the baking sheet slightly oiled and bake for about 45 minutes.
Let it stand for a while and serve chopped pumpkin.
