INGREDIENTS:
1 ripe peach
4 oz. gluten free porridge oats
3 tbsp. desiccated coconut
2 tbsp. chia seeds
2 cups of water
1/2 an avocado, finely sliced
Flaked almonds
INSTRUCTIONS:
•Cut the peach, remove the seed and slit into small square pieces.
•Place the peach cubes on a pan.
•Add the oats, desiccated coconut, chia seeds and half of the water to the pan
•Heat and bring to simmer on a medium flame.
•When the mixture thickens, add the remaining water and cook the porridge till ready.
•Peel the avocado, remove the seed and slice into half moon shapes.
• Serve into bowls and top with the avocado slices and flaked almonds.
