1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons cold water
4 tablespoons boiling water
1\2 cup cocoa powder
Splenda or any other sweetener to = 1 cup sugar
2 cups whipping cream
2 tsp. Vanilla
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Stir and let stand for 1 minute. Add boiling
water and stir until clear and gelatin is dissolved. Beat together cream, vanilla,
sweetener, and cocoa powder until stiff peaks form. Add gelatin mixture and
beat until well blended. Spoon into serving dishes and chill for 30 minutes.
Makes four 1 cup servings.
