Cauliflower with wild garlic buds

Ingredients
1 small cauliflower
1 tbsp coconut oil
3 tsp wild garlic
1 handful of almonds
150 ml almond milk
salt
Preparation
Wash the cauliflower and cut into small florets.
Put the coconut oil in a pan and heat. Add the cauliflower and fry.
Mix the almond milk with the almonds in a blender jar. Pour the mixture into the pan.
Add wild garlic. Season with salt. Season to taste and, when the cauliflower is done, serve. Add some of the sauce.
