Alkaline fruit salad

Ingredients
2 nectarines
200 g strawberries
100 gooseberries
4 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp orange jam
Melissa leaves
Preparation
1.Wash the lemon balm leaves and pat dry with kitchen paper.
2.Wash the strawberries and gooseberries. Remove the stalks from both. Halve both types of berries with a sharp knife and place in a bowl.
3.Wash the nectarines, dry them with a kitchen towel, then cut them in half and remove the core. Then cut the nectarines into narrow strips and add to the berries.
4.Mix the orange jam with the orange juice in a small bowl or cup. Stir well and then pour over the fruit. Mix everything well.
Let the salad stand in the refrigerator for half an hour. Then serve on small plates. Garnish with the lemon balm leaves.
