½ cup spinach
1 avocado, diced
1 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon flax seed
2 nori sheets, roasted and crushed
1 garlic clove
Salt to taste
Toppings
Handful of pistachios
3 tablespoons bell pepper, finely chopped
A handful of parsley leaves
Directions
Blend all the ingredients until smooth
