Spicy Omelet

Ingredients:
Half a green chili, chopped into small bits and seeds removed
2 eggs
Half a red onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of fresh coriander, chopped
1 spring onion, finely sliced
A pinch of garam masala
A pinch of turmeric
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Crack the eggs into a small bowl, season to taste with salt and pepper and blend with a fork. Add the additional ingredients and mix to combine. Preheat a lightly oiled non-stick pan to a medium temperature. Add the egg mixture to the pan and allow it to cook on one side for a few minutes. Flip and cook the other side until done.
