INGREDIENTS
- ½ almond butter
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ oat fiber
- ½ tsp salt
- 5 tablespoons powdered erythritol
- ½ tsp stevia powder
- 5 tablespoons chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 325 F
In a bowl add almond flour, erythritol, stevia, salt, butter, oat fiber and mix with a stand mixer for a couple of minutes
Place the dough on top of a parchment paper and into small pieces using biscuit cutters
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
Remove and dip into chocolate, let it solidify and serve
