Is your diet pH balanced? Maintaining an acid-alkaline balance in your body is an essential part of long-term, optimal
health. But did you know that it can also help you lose weight?
Unlike most other books that tackle this topic, my book shows how to leverage the Alkaline Diet for weight loss. I lost a
staggering 125 pounds in eight months. And it’s all because I started making wiser choices about the foods I eat. It’s truly
one of the healthiest and most practical ways to shed excess weight, while nourishing the body.
With the alkaline diet, free radicals are also counteracted, thus limiting cellular ageing and osteoporosis (when our ph is
too acid, the body is forced to absorb calcium from the bones). By carefully choosing our daily meals and snacks, we can
avoid the onset of inflammation and disease.
