CHAPTER 1: Eat everything and still lose weight!
Every person has his own biorhythm. 6 hours of sleep is enough for some people to feel alright, and for other people 12 hours is still not enough. Some people can be full with a plate of vegetables, and some people won’t be full unless they eat a huge piece of meat, everything appetite related is relative to the individual. Besides, people move differently, and burn up different amounts of calories, depending on how intensively and in which mood you do exercises, how many hours you sleep and so on. We are not talking even about common people, whose physical activity isn’t controlled strictly. Therefore, you can’t claim that someone should eat 2000 calories, and someone - 3000. That’s why in my system you won’t find almost any recommendations about a serving size and I won’t make you count the calories using some table all the time.
