Ingredients
8 chicken wings
2 tablespoons ghee, melted
The Marinade:
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup leeks, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Directions
Thoroughly combine all ingredients for the marinade in a ceramic bowl. Add the chicken wings to the bowl.
Cover and allow it to marinate for 1 hour.
Then, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Drizzle melted ghee over the chicken wings. Grill the chicken wings for 20 minutes, turning them periodically.
Taste, adjust the seasonings, and serve warm. Enjoy!
