Spicy Spanish Seafood

INGREDIENTS
1 packet of chilled pre-cooked seafood mix (mussels, prawns, squid)
A few drops of extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped or crushed
1 teaspoon of tomato puree
Half a red chili, chopped into small pieces
Chopped chives
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare your skillet by heating over medium heat, add oil.
2. Toss in garlic and cook until nice golden brown.
3. Add in your seafood mix and cook until most of the water is gone. Then add in your red chili pepper. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Simmer over medium to low heat for an additional 5 minutes.
Toss in the tomato puree and allow to simmer another 5 minutes, so the flavors meld together. Garnish with chives and plate. Serve hot.
