To tell you a bit about myself: I'm a self-taught English Speaker (and a Native Spanish Speaker.) I started doing small jobs in the marketing/blogging field when I was 20, going up to work on more professional and specific areas over time. Right now I specialize in translating content from English to Spanish and I also Social Media content for brands.
My most demanding position as a translator was when I worked for a Ukrainian company called Genesis Corp. My responsibilities there were translating more than 10,000 words per day from Monday to Friday. After three months, I was promoted to supervisor of the U. S. team, where I was responsible for reviewing the orthography and typography of eight individuals under my tutelage.
None of them were fluent in English, but they were all from places like Manila, Kiev, Singapore and so on. This represented a challenge, which allowed me to create a more focused system of analysis for translated written content.
Over time and experience, I started working as a content editor and proofreader on a freelance basis. I remotely worked at a marketing agency called 786. Marketing Agency. There, I was in charge of reviewing and proofreading social networks, blogs and the likes of five North American companies. This makes me capable of working according to tailored parameters, creating brand identities that make them stand out using inbound marketing parameters and SEO knowledge.
What I enjoy the most, however, is to translate and sometimes writing my own content. I consider that among my strong professional skill sets, and I am at the service of anyone who needs my knowledge.
