ISIT graduate student offers translation skills from English, German and Italian into French

As a French lady who graduated from a master degree in intercultural management from ISIT Paris, it would be my greatest pleasure to offer my skills to authors willing to have their books published in foreign countries. As a matter of fact, I have a particular interest in translation for literature’s sake as I come from an intensive literary course _called Hypokhâgne and Khâgne in French_ including literature, Latin and foreign languages. In addition to the official translation degree, my course also prepared me for the certifications of British, German and Italian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, and I therefore have proficiency in these languages in the professional context, especially in the HRM field since my experience enabled me to draw up a multilingual glossary including recruitment and international HRM terms.

Indeed, my working experience is mostly based on HRM positions. I recently completed a one-year apprenticeship within an Adecco agency specialized in bank and insurance (from 1st October 2014 to 30th September 2015) as a Recruitment Assistant. My job consisted in everyday and weekly project management, some recruitment activities for front-offices positions in the banking field, along with administrative tasks related to temporary staff management. In addition to a better understanding of the worldwide leader in the HRM market and knowledge on the temporary work market and law, this experience taught me many personality skills, such as client relationship, information skills, emergency and priority management, versatility and multitasking.

However, I am also familiar with translation in the professional world as I already have a prior work experience in a German translation agency, Kern AG Stuttgart. Together with daily project management and customer relationship, I was in charge of translating and proofing texts from English, German or Italian into my mother tongue. I thought the experience I gained during this internship might be an asset I could provide you with in order to take your books global.
