This Life
I see you there
Through all your despair
I know it’s hard to carry on
I know you feel it’s a country song
But let go and it will pass
Find your heart
Tell others to kiss your ass
Gather yourself and find delight
Treat each day like Christmas night
Hold your family close
Don’t push anyone away
For you never know
Who will be there the next day?
People come and people go
When god takes them we never know
So while your life seems like a song
Sing it loud and sing it strong
For this life is where you belong

Growing, molding
Setting them free
They will always be my babies
Smart minds
Quick feet
Beautiful and handsome
